PASSPORTS
Passports are required for travel to Canada for all attendees.
YOUR PASSPORT MUST BE VALID AT LEAST THREE MONTHS FROM YOUR ARRIVAL INTO Canada.  If your passport will expire within three months of the trip date, you MUST get a new passport, or you will not be allowed to enter the country.

If you do not have a passport, we strongly suggest that you apply now - this process could take a few months to complete. Please visit the links below to help you decide if your passport request needs expediting.

AIR TRANSPORTATION FOR CALIBER EXECUTIVES
We are pleased to offer roundtrip air travel for you and your guest. You can book your air travel with the air department by filling out the Travel component on the site's registration section. Once your registration is submitted, it will be sent to the air team. An itinerary will be created combining your preferences and certain event guidelines and sent to you within 48 hours. You will be contacted by the air department in the order that you register so please be patient.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION and ARRIVAL PROCEDURES
Roundtrip ground transportation will be provided for you and one guest between the airport and the Rimrock Resort on Tuesday, June 24, and the Fairmont Banff Springs on Wednesday morning, June 25. We will also provide departure transportation on Sunday, June 29th. After you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, you will exit outside baggage claim and immigration where Event staff holding President's Club signage will be there to meet and greet you, assist with your luggage and escort you to your ground transportation. Transfer time from the airport to the Fairmont Banff Springs is approximately 1.5 hours along the beautiful Trans-Canada Highway.   Along the way, you will enjoy locally sourced charcuterie boxes and refreshments!

As you make your travel plans, please be aware the 2025 President's Club trip is strictly for you and one guest 21 years of age or older only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests or guests under 21 years of age, even at your own expense.
